At the time of this writing, a beep beep friend is an amazingly helpful AI chat bot which has been trained on Large Language Model. At the time you read this, the beep boop friend has turned into SkyNet and you're likely cowering under your desk hoping the tech mech robot doesn't sense your presence while to hopelessly search for a way to contain it.

My beep boop friend used to give me such wonderful, pithy answer to any whimsical question I posed to it.

Beep bo bop

One of the phrazes that a young singer/rapper, better refered to as Boyfriend, or The boyfriend, beeps out of his daily conversations who'd originated from the rhythm game known as Friday Night Funkin'.

This phraze was first seen in Week 6 of the game, after an AI character, known simply as Senpai, challenges him into a duel to win the heart of Girlfriend, a girl who's mostly seen sitting on top of a speaker.

The beeps and bops doesn't mean anything however, confirmed by the developers of the rhythm game, and is just his form of communicating to strangers.

Senpai: Ah, a new fair maiden has come in search of true love! A serenade between gentlemen shall decide where her beautiful heart shall reside!
Boyfriend: Beep bo bop
Senpai: *awkwardly stares into the screen in confusion*
