Atlanta Fishstick

When a male abstains from hygiene for a period, commonly between one and two months, and most desirably with a case of chlamydia (known as a breaded fishstick), before dipping his penis in either salt water or mayo (known as a fishstick salad) and inserting. It originates in swinger's clubs in 60's and 70's-era Atlanta, however the term has spread to cover several similar acts developed separately.
