The saying rip your throat out or I don’t want someone to rip my throat out or they’re gonna rip your throat out refers to someone getting out on you. Someone charging too much for something.
I went to this new guy last week and he sold me some coke. He ripped my throat straight out like his prices were so high. It was unbelievable. I don’t even know why I went along with the deal..

A (negative) label for people who are boring, typically used by the LGBTQ+ community to point out people they don't like. Though, it really wouldn't make sense to use it if you yourself are, indeed, straight. Unless you have decided to come to terms with the truth, of course.
