A training technique in golf. If a person's head comes up too much during their swing and it is adversely affecting their shot, a clamp can be hung around their neck and attatched to their groin so they will have incentive not to pull their head up during a shot.

Jack Pirogue made a bet in a bar in Cincinnati that he would make 2 of 3 darts into the double bullseye or his friends could mail his balls to the wall.
