A Trojan Compliment is a nice looking compliment on the surface but whose only aim is to manipulate you.
It's more insidious than a back-handed compliment in the way that you don't really realize it's a critic.

The nation will wait for as many of the assets of the said person/group to be obtained in the period of acting as a safe haven as possibe, and will then pose regulations or laws that stop and seize assets in the organization.

A paradox in which a discord server appears to be nice and friendly from the outside/when you just get in, but after being there long enough you start seeing a lot of toxicity/people showing their true faces and whatnot.
