Figs is a term associated with a man who is considered "docile", as well as "submissive" having to do with a specific woman.

That guy acting mad figs, he is doing whatever she says.

A subtle insult, the equivalent of calling someone gay, or a fag, without insult to the sexual orientation, only as an insult.
