She's a terrible friend who can't be trusted and she would threaten you as much as possible but everyone knows she can't and won't do anything. Every thing has to go her way or she will go ballistic but won't actually do anything that will get her in trouble. It is best to stay clear of her if you can because she could ruin someone's life.
