Weeaboo

Someone who prefers Japanese and anything Japan-related over their indigenous culture. They watch tons of Anime, know tiny bits of Japanese words but pronounce them completely wrong and dream of traveling to and/or living in Japan some day. Many weeaboos own a full-body pillow have watched at least 3 anime series from the 80's and only watch Hentai pornography. Signs of a weeaboo include:
-Reading a weekly Manga
-Knowing correct usage of at least 5 Japanese Honorifics (Senpai ect.)
-Ability to list 5+ Anime never shown on american television
-Eating only Japanese snacks such as pocky
-Having romantic/sexual feelings for an anime character
-Using words such as desu, senpai, and baka regularly.
-Laughing or smiling with their eyes closed. (Like in anime)
-Running with their arms thrown back (Like in Naruto)

Dude, look at Mike..he does nothing but watch anime and cosplay all day, he's such a weeaboo.

Weeaboo

Someone who loves anime (Japanese animation) so much that they act like their anime characters, try to speak Japanese, always talk about anime and buy anime merchandise etc. Not all of these make anyone a weeaboo, but doing one of the things that make someone a weeaboo too much can make anyone a weeaboo.

I don't consider myself as a weeaboo, but I sure do love watching anime.

Weeb/Weeaboo

The most overused word. If you dare have a slight interest in anything that is related to japan or the culture in any way, 60% of "da kool kids" will hang you upside down and burn you alive. Is it a sin that I have been interested in the Japanese language since I was 7 years old and in 2016 I decided to finally start learning the language through music and video games? Dumbasses who love this word always say "hnnng ppl whoo lik animay have no lyf and shood kil themselfs" yet their life revolves around attacking Japan and people who like the culture and make sure they suffer and live in constant fear of sharing their interest of that "disgusting vile thing known as anime!!! 😱😱"

Hating anime doesn't make you kool, or hip to the hop, 🤙badass😎, "normal" "pure" or shit. It makes you similar to the many people who can't fucking stand a differing opinion. I like watching Japanese cartoons, I like the language, the culture, it's cool to learn the language. Dislike this definiton, I don't give a damn. But if "ąñïmé is such a problem that you need to wish death on the people who like it, maybe you are not so normal, pure, flawless, cool as you think you are.

A person who is obsessed with Australian culture, despite not being an Aussie. Many of these people attempt to act Auatralian by watching footy, speaking with a fake accent, and may end up eating Vegemite.

Someone who watches anime (Naruto, some of Hunter x Hunter), buys Rosetta Stone to learn Japanese so that he can speak like his favorite anime characters or go to Japan and be a Weeaboo there.

That kid Nick is such a Weeaboo, he learned bought Rosetta Stone just so he could talk like Sasuke Uchiha and go to Japan.
