The first in the Command & Conquer series of games. Sometimes written Tiberium Dawn for whatever reason. Prequel of Tiberian Sun.

Tiberian Dawn was the start of a good series of games, but Tiberian Sun was the game to TRULY Rock the Casbah!

Top tier

In a fighting game, reprensents the strongest characters in the game. Top tiers are usually marked by higher priority moves, hard hitting attacks, strategy variety, speed, and (sometimes) ease. When a game first comes out, the top tiers are usually the easy-to-use cheap characters, and players tend to rely on cheap tactics such as "spamming" a high priority move. After some time, the game tactics begin to develop as people learn new strategies with other characters. Eventually the "cheap" top tiers are replaced, knocked down a level, or accompanied, by new characters. A good fighting game should be as tierless as possible, although this is hard to achieve.

Marvel VS Capcom 2 matches are dominated by top tiers due to the fact that they are so much better than the rest of the characters. In Capcom VS SNK 2, the top tiers aren't so much better than the lower tiers.

Donk Tamer

NOTE: Albeit limited to only two known positions, there is considerable scholarly debate regarding the appropriate definition of this entry. In an effort to maintain neutrality, the interpretations of both factions are offered.

1. n. More or less synonymous with Donk Slayer. A subtle distinction may be found in approach however: "Tamers" typically exhibit more class perhaps, and are less likely to be cruel or derogatory in the application of their skill.

2. n. A man, a hero, a selfless human being that regularly partakes in the perilous pursuit of entertaining, and at times consummating, the advances of the Swamp Donkey in an effort to bolster a friend's or friends' chances with one or several of the Donk's hottie female companions. See take one for the team; jump on the grenade.

1. James was too drunk, and probably made a fool of himself on the dance floor, but his prowess, care and precision as a Donk Tamer was undeniable, if not enviable.

2. Though Matt was ecstatic to be going home with Christina that night, he couldn't help but feel for his buddy Bryan; the hapless Donk Tamer who had sacrificed so, so much for him to score.

A unique and interesting name that formed a little girl into a unique and interesting woman simply because it was spelled wrong on her birth certificate. It was suppose to be "Tamara". Thanks Dad.

tiers are for queers

1)An effort to prevent characters in Super Smash Brothers Brawl from being organized into Tiers of who is the best to prevent Smash maniacs from dissing people who use supposedly "Bottom Tier" characters.
2)What one should say when someone mentions the existence of Tiers in SSBB. After which they should hit the person with a controller, or jam a AA battery in that person's eye.
