A couple who only dates for thanksgiving through New Years. Simply so they aren't lonely during the holidays. They you may also date during these months to avoid looking like a loser when their relatives ask if they are seeing anyone.

Guy 1: Hey are Jessica and tom for real dude?

Guy 2: Nah man they're only a holiday couple
Guy 1: Thats fuckin stupid man.
