Crashing Out

Entering a short/momentary phase of intense depression, often accompanied by horrible decision making, and a lack of motivation overall. Some symptoms of Crashing Out include: bedrotting, texting your ex-situationship, hyperfixating on socializing with one person and only that person, low energy, low libido, and vitamin D deficiency. Gen-Z and young millenials are the most common victims of Crash-outs, as these people tend to be the most chronically online, and socially sheltered.

Could be slang meaning someone got really emotional, upset, or exhausted over a woman (maybe in a breakup or drama situation).

Someone is getting really messed up (emotionally, mentally, or physically) over a woman, usually in a negative or dramatic way.

“Bro been crashing out about a bitch—dude quit his job, been drunk for three days straight.”

Crashing Out

When one loses all control due to frustration, anger or other stress leading them to act impulsively or even violently. Depending on the specific situation can be humorous to watch. More or less Gen Z slang for a temper tantrum or flipping out.

"That streamer is crashing out after someone told him to put the fries in the bag. The cops are trying to calm him down but he keeps screaming about making six figures."
