This is the result of dropping a nasty deuce only to find there is no toilet paper. Victims of this situation will have to get up, while still soiled, and find a new source to wipe them clean. This action of standing up causes the fecal matter to be pressed between the buns of the victim creating a sandwich-like situation in their pants. You can also think of this like the Rorschach ink blot test, but much shittier.

chicken sandwich idiot

When a fast food restaurant, like Popeye's, has customers (you) that outrage or wild out over a SANDWICH. Sometimes the customer may even threaten to kill/murder or kill/murder anyone in the restaurant. This is normally due to a certain chicken sandwich, mainly at Popeye's, not being available (at or during that time).

1. Popeye's Employee: "Sorry, sir, we don't seem to have anymore chicken sandwiches at the moment."
Man: "Your free trial of life has expired."

Guy sitting at table: *whispers to his wife* "He must be a chicken sandwich idiot."

2. person on twitter: "A guy in front of me just complained about and maybe even outraged about them not having a chicken sandwich. They're such a chicken sandwich idiot".
