A person that simply cannot be happy for another person's success. So rather than be happy they make a point of throwing hate at that person in the metaphorical form of getting "egg on your face."

A condition know only to affect males, when testicles are particularly cold, the scrotal sack reduces in size and the testicles amalgamate into one "ball", resembling a Scotch Egg. Hence, Scotch Egg Syndrom
