Ghetto fabrication. Something that does not look like it will hold together. Maybe made from strange parts or scrap.
Negative connotation.
Used primarily in the off-road/desert racing/rock crawling community, to deride a home made, ugly looking device or structure of dubious mechanical integrity.

Did you see that guy's fuel cell? Yea, it's way "bootyfab", a Sparkletts bottle and radiator hose!
