Bag Wipe

A "Refreshing Towelette" like you might receive with an order of KFC with the words "Bag Wipe" displayed on the packaging.

The "Bag Wipe" is used for soothing or cooling one's hot and sticky testicles.

I ran three blocks to get crammed into a city bus during rush hour. My sweaty Nut-Sack was firmly stuck to my thigh. I pulled out a "Bag Wipe" and proceeded to "freshen up" in front of the horrified on-lookers.
