My cousin shelby is always saying shes going to beat a bitch face but never does it, and all I think is "Juliet Romero who ? ? ?" Shelby is all talk but no action.

Talk is cheap

When you are able to only talk to the person and not see them. Whether it be over the phone, or via text message. Talk is cheap because seeing the person would be so much richer.
