full body reset

A full body reset is a follow-up for a wake-and-bake. After one gets stoned first thing in the morning, the individual will then exercise, eat, and shower -- the top 3 killers of a high. After this full body reset, the user is back to base-line sobriety, and is ready to get that special tingly feeling you can only get when you get stoned for the first time of the day.

Jeff woke up early this morning, but didn't want to start the day until after he could enjoy the high after his full body reset.
