A word that that chavs and trendies use to describe themselves. The word is actually an insult, meaning sick, vile, evil, unfit for society, psychotic, barbaric, uncivilised, primitive. But thanks to many retards, this has ironically become a compliment.

Me: "You mean you're a twisted, neurotic psychopath who needs to be isolated from society before they massacre and ransack this town?"
