Panty pebbles are anything other that the "cat" fall out when getting ready to feast on the beast ...toilet paper , lint, dust bunny's string ...dookie and on rare occasions profalactics.
I was getting ready to eat the cat and I'll be damned she took em off and all I saw was panty pebbles falling.
