Rebecca

Rebecca is that girl who doesn't realize she's a rose growing in the concrete. She's all the good things about the world and everything you love in a person but she doesn't see that. Rebecca is that girl that looked for the best in people but only ever got the worst in people. Rebecca is emotional but not in the drama-queen way, she's genuine when she shows it and wants the best for the people she loves. Rebecca is the girl who's all the things everyone else wishes they were. Rebecca is the girl who told herself that all the best parts of her were why nobody ever loved her. Rebecca is that girl who chases ghosts because the real world is full of devils. Rebecca is that girl who does what she has to to survive and when you meet her you see the fire that dances in her eyes. She's the most loving person you'll ever cross paths with but she keeps her heart under a sheet of ice. She's the girl for whom if given the choice between breathing and loving her you'd tell her "I love you" with the last of your breath...She puts on a brave face and tells you she's not afraid but in truth she's terrified of finding herself staring back at her because she doesn't believe it's real. Rebecca is the girl you fall in love with all over again every day and the last girl you'll ever love after you meet her because nobody is quite like her, unless of course that's you.... Rebecca is the girl I wish could see the truth because it wasn't me who you rejected Becs, it was you
