n., A situation in which one or many is overwhelmed by how high everyone around him/her/them is. The "peak" is a term used to describe that one's high is "peaking," ie., at the highest point after the smoke.

(Burning 5 gram blunts at a social event with 20 kids around you, all laughing uncontrollably)
"John, this is hillarious! Look at these kids!"

Pearsey

A wild beast that roams the small town of foxboro, MA. It was originally discovered in a hotel room when a bunch of kids found one under a bed. There is said to be about 10 white pearsey's left in the world. there is a larger population of black pearsey's in areas like south africa and canadia.
