I was always feeling down about myself and life, until I realize using my positive mental attitude was the real "thought that counts" and now I have been Better and Better at every day living.
I was walking into the nursing home to see mom, and realized I had left the flowers home. It was then I realized "The Thought That Counts" is positively that I'm here and not That I forgot the flowers.

Count Grishnack

Count Grichnack is the nickname of Varg Vikernes, famed black metal legend. He was the 1 man band of Burzum and bassist for Mayhem on their album "De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas". He later killed Euronymous, Mayhem's guitarist, to prove he was more evil.

The name is derived from Lord of the Rings by JRR Tolkien. Grishnack was an Orc. Varg wrote about LOTR in much of his music.

Body Count

A Heavy Metal Band founded by Ice-T and his friend Ernie C, they have since made 7 albums, with their debut album Body Count and Bloodlust being their most notable. One of the songs on the debut, "Cop Killer", caused controversy for it's violent, anti-police lyrics, which ended up in it's removal from the album, to which Ice-T then made into a Single.
