Captain Winters

A character in the video game Payday 2. A Special Unit of Police Officer, and comes into an area occupied by the PAYDAY gang, hell-bent on taking them down, and always assaults with his buddies. But, he ends up being a vulnerable turtle that just sits in one part of the map very susceptible to explosives and fire.
