the cleveland polish boy or simply polish boy is

a sausage sandwich, originating in Cleveland, Ohio
It consists of a piece of grilled or deep fried Kielbasa

sausage (AKA: Polish Sausage) (usually dipped in BBQ) placed in a hotdog bun, covered with a layer of coleslaw and covered with fries drenched with BBQ sauce.

i'm about to go to Hot Sauce Williams and get me a Polish boy with extra sauce on top.

A person, often of the male gender. Who odes things, which will often be thought of as acts of coolness. The acts must be in scale so they aren't to serios nor to mommas boy. For example:

Robbing a bank - not bad boy (criminel)
Smoking in a non smoking area - bad boy (and in some circumstances: jerkoff)

A person who is viewed as suspicious and deceiving. They may tell you one thing but will really be thinking of something else. They often get piped out by other men which returns to the term "sus".

Jerry: Dude what the fuck was going on last night you Sus Boy, I caught you blowing a dude!
