R&Ring

(verb) tasks (or nothing) that best align with your values and inner peace, bringing you joy.

The traditional R&R is rest and recuperation. R&Ring can be any combination of R words that are synonyms for rest. Such as relaxing, rejuvenating, replenishing, relaxing, or recuperating.

I did some R&Ring after finishing my Graduate Degree. This consisted of creating a recipe book and reconnecting with what my body needs through working out.

After this long week of work, I will be R&Ring from Friday at 5pm-Monday morning!
