PERSONAL ROOM

A polite and modern term for a restroom or toilet.

“Personal Room” refers to a private indoor space where individuals attend to personal hygiene, self-care, or bodily functions.

The word was introduced in 2025 by Igbekoyi Olasunkanmi as a clearer, more respectful alternative to “restroom,” which can be vague and outdated.
Excuse me, where’s the personal room?”

“Please make sure the personal room is clean before our guests arrive.”
