Elmer Hole

The white ring of crusty residue that accumulates on and around the sphincter of a sea turtle, resembling a dried layer of Elmer's Glue. This may be more pronounced in some than in others and may also appear on other species of animals.

On rare occasion this may also be found on the oral openings of some animals that have been in contact with an infected anus. See: Human Centipede.
Man, that turtle has a white ring around its ass.

Yeah, that looks like a bad case of Elmer Hole.

with a hole in the back

similar to (and is the very cool version of) the very uncool phrase "and then some."

"A hole in the back" represents something similar to the idea of a bottomless pit, describing that something may be limitlessly awesome, seemingly limitless in number, or someone just got beat up to no extent, etc.
Ex. "Damn, that apple turnover was unreal with a hole in the back!"

Ex. Person 1: "There are way too many idiot drivers these days."
Person 2: "Seriously, with a hole in the back."
