A person, usually a man, who gets married, thinking that he will now have a steady source of sexual pleasure, only to find out that even being a provider of a good and steady quotient of Honey Due Projects being done on time, is not going to get him any more Poontang!, than if he just sat in the Living room, watching Sports on tv, with his now way dead dirty socks hanging half way off his really smelly feet! Hence his need to celebrate the fact that he is now a good and steady Celebater!
