Anarchy

So basically, imagine this, you just formed a country, but things aren't going so well. The government is a complete mess of just tangled cords you can't seem to untie, and it's failing. The citizens then start to violate any laws taken in order, and the whole place becomes a warzone. Instead of being the connected government you imagined, you started a warzone.

The complete absence of a government in a certain area of space.
