Schrodinger's Bitch

That one guy who agitates you to death, then when you need something they got you back. He normally lives in a hallway or public place, then immediately starts acting tough and irritating (can also try to steal yo homies.) When you finally confront aka beat his ass he immediately stops acting like this.
