Basically it’s that scrawny lanky ginger kid from like year 7 or something that no matter what you’re doing, or where you are he’ll think your talking about him, insulting him or dating his mum and dads name. Also whenever he loses at something no matter what it is he tries to make up a fucking excuse so it doesn’t look like he’s a complete failure. Oh and if you beat him at anything that he asked you to do or take part in he’ll change the rules so it looks like he didn’t lose.
