An unknown variable that is beyond one's ability to control. Unpredictable factor keeping someone from accomplishing his or her tasks or goals.

The ability of an individual to rotate a female on an erect penis during coitus, scaled from 0 to 10.

0 = unspinnable, no rotational inertia
10 = freely spinnable, potentially reaching perpetual rotation

GTP-dependent proteins that help bring aa-tRNA to the acceptor site of a ribosome during translation. Elongation factors also help in the translocation process. Energy is supplied by the hydrolysis of GTP to GDP.
