A computer storage system that contains lots of private data about people who are paid (usually with some kind of coupon, incentive, rebate, etc.) to give this data over. Businesses pay for access to the data.

I just got a $5 rebate on my wireless router, all I had to do was fill out a consumer survey.

Someone with very poor closing skills, or a person who is incapable of performing even simple tasks. This term originates in Colorado for someone who goes to a brothel and is unable to negotiate even a simple sex act, such as manual stimulation.

How do you expect to sell twenty insurance policies when you couldn't get a handy in a whorehouse?

The title given to a local high school in Hartsdale, NY. The school resides on a ridge (thus "on the hill") and is an all-girls Catholic high school. This title has been around for decades, and anyone who went to Catholic school in Westchester, NY is quite familiar with it.

Megan: Hey, where does that bitch goto high school now?
Lauren: Uhmmm I do believe she's at the whorehouse on the hill.

Portugese Whorehouse

A term for a field of sheep or cows that is assumed to be used regularly for sexual satisfaction by the locals. Originated in California where many farms are owned or worked by portugese families. Sheep are often also called portugese hookers.

Look at all those sheep. Its a regular portugese whorehouse. I wonder if they tag the ones that kick...
