What one calls someone who is so obese. Just another, snazzier way of saying extremely obese. Generally used while not in the presence of said obese person.

Joseph: "Damn, son, look at the chick over there yonder. She has rolls on her rolls"
Jim: "I feel you broseph, she is sobese."
