Stressation

Stressation - Being both stressed & Depressed at the same time. Unable to decompress the stress, amplifies the depression creating a vicious loop cycle

I though a vacation would get rid of this stressation, but it’s just made it worse.

I don’t care what Jessica thinks about me, I’m on a bad stressation trip as it is.

Me: These rushes are causing so much stress in starting to feel depressed.

Them: Same, it’s called Stressation
