Quid pro quo" is derived from Latin meaning "This for that." Quid pro NO quo is when you didn't get "that" in exchange for "this.

quidproquosal 

1. A proposal of help that is tied closely to reciprocal action and mutual benefit, i.e., a returned favor, as is "you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours".
Example: "Jack, your quidproquosal is that that if I hire your sister you'll tell the IRS about my ex-boyfriend skimming from his business, right?"
He wasn't really interested in helping, it was just another of his quidproquosals.
