jacks & palances

A system created more than 200 years ago by the framers of the U.S. Constitution that takes power away from the three branches of government (executive, judicial, & legislative), and gives more direct power to the late film actor Jack Palance.
-Before any bill is submitted before Congress, it must first be reviewed by Jack Palance.
-If passed by Palance and three-quarters of both houses of Congress, it must then be approved by the president.
-If signed by the president, it must again be reviewed by Jack Palance.
-Jack Palance can then overrule the high court if he believes the a law is not palanced.
-Each of the three branches jacks the power of the other two...creating an equal palance of power.
The system of jacks & palances is integral to the federal government's continued stability.

Plancation

The act of meeting with a travel genie and planning your vacation while enjoying some good food after or before a relaxing massage.
I visted my travel genie at Munchies Jamaican restaurant in South Orange and planned my trip to Tahiti. After I went next door and had a relaxing massage. I felt like I was on vacation while I was completing my plancation.
