Pleasant Grove is also known as "Da Grove". The media reports this to be a high crime area, but police stats show that most of the crime in Dallas occurs in " North Dallas" aka "North Dino". There are a lot of illegals in Pleasant Grove which makes it almost unbearable to live here. It is a very affordable neighborhood. People who live here could actually build wealth, if only, they used their brains!!! Since living in Pleasant Grove I have been able to obtain a highschool diploma, associates, bachelor, master and dcotor degree. At 28, I have a six-figure savings account.
