n. a term used for a white girl's hair that has a texture/consistency the same as or similar to a black girl's hair.
(often used as an exaggeration for hair frizzed out by humidity, or just for natural texture.)

White Girl: *brushes thick, nappy hair furiously*
Black Girl: "Are you okay?"
White Girl: "NO! I have 'NILLA NAPS!"
Black Girl: "SHH! We're in the subway! You'll get us shot..."

What you call white friends and aquantinses, whom are tight as hell with any culture, race. In other words they are not a hater on other people. Non judgmental. Nillas do NOT act black, they are who they are. A cracker is somebody whom is stale salty and judgmental.

Opposed to a black male calling their other black friend or homie; they would say what up nigga. A white person (not necessarily acting black) would call they homies and say hey mynilla! get it?

A derogatory term when a black man is beat down...either physically or verbally by a white dude. His friends should not let him forget this for a while, and incite pressure on him not to let it happen again.
