Meh is used to say whatever, I don't care, I don't have an answer, I have nothing else to say, I'm frustrated, not interested or your joke isn't funny.

Person 1: Aghhh!!! My penis is falling off..

The word for which there are no words. Expresses extreme whateverness. To be "meh" is to be very "okay". Never to be used with other words though.

Besides this, meh can mean almost anything.

How was your day?
Bleh (Not good)
Eh (Not the best)
Meh (Okay I guess)

Will you be back soon?
Meh (Don't hold your breath)

Meh!! (same meaning as a regular meh, plus the extreme wanting of the person to leave)

an expression of non-commitance, non-caring, general mild disagreement, all of which are used because the writer (normally on msn) is feeling apathetic in varying degrees. The more apathtic, the more 'mehs'. The opposite is probably 'ye', a lazy form of 'yeah' or 'yes'

A: Your girlfriend is fugly.
B: Shut up, ****wit.
A: What? You admitted it to Tracy!
B: meh.

A: Are you coming to Sam's party?
B: meh..

A: Have you heard?! Africa just imploded!
B: meh.
