Pulling a lali

Used to refer to spending the weekend not particularly doing anything, like spending the whole day in bed and generally being lazy.

Almost exclusively used in the work environment.

The cry of the Dwarves, heard in various Final Fantasy games. Used most often as a greeting, and used at the slightest provocation.

A beautiful Persian woman with dark hair and gorgeous eyes. A great friend and strong person, who is not afraid to stand up for what she believes in.

Guy 1: Check out that girl over there. She is such a knockout.

Guy 2: Yeah, she is. I hear she is a Laleh, though, so I hope you can handle her.

Guy 1: Well, I'll give it a shot. I've always wanted to march in a protest.

Lale

Turkish name for Tulip. Brunette. Cool, calm and collected, but also known for having strong emotions. This girl is complicated. Great taste in clothing and fashion, but a bad taste in friends. Lale could also be called Lala, Lulu, Lala Bear.

Me: "Lale! Don't walk into the wall!"
Lale: "I can do whatever I want!!"

Lalie

Lalie is kind beautiful and caring. She is one of the most amazing people that you will ever meet, and you would be silly to turn her away. She will always be there for her friends no matter what happens, and even when shes mad is too kind to not forgive. She makes mistakes, often, and will occasionally hurt people, but all wrong doings are regretted, and she will always let out a few tears for those shes hurt. Lalie has eyes capable of manipulating the oceans, as they are generally a perfect sapphire blue. She has an amazing body, and would be the perfect girl for any guy with common sense.
