an acronym you can't use because no one else uses it, and as a result nobody will understand what you mean unless you tell them

Person 1: fsr no one says "fsr"
Person 2: what does that stand for?
Person 1: "for some reason"

The FSR can be high when workouts are very fatiguing and stimulating.
