A word used by professionals to indicate their level of interest towards someone. i.e.

John didn't like them and thought: *Oh shit I don't like those people, better whip out my phone and pretend I'm busy texting someone*
He walked past the douchebags by Fexting.

2. Variant for the lame-ass word for sending nude pics via text message, which the media seems to think is so damn clever and catchy.
