When someone is the definition of gay and retarded. They are the highest ranked person in the retard competition. They are max prestige on cod when the game comes out in the first week. They grind on the game so much that their hair has turned into a brick from not showering. Their skin has turned brown from all of the dead skin molecules building up on their body.
