Delegation Duel

When 2 people of similar ranks and/or tenure are working together closely on the same projects and they each keep managing to delegate tasks back and forth more than once each.

Eric walks into Bill's office and states "Bill, I need you to work up a proposal for the Cincinnati project." Bill says, "OK, can you review this report and print it in color?" As Eric lays 2 folders on Bill's desk, he says, "Sure. And by the way, here is the information you need to finish the Oklahoma project." Bill says, "thank you." and as Eric is leaving Bill's office, Bill zips Eric an email requesting Eric to fill-in for him at this week's seminar. Thus, a delegation duel.

Deleware

A tiny state (second in the US) that is like a tumor on Maryland, while kind of poking New Jersey, being capped by Pennsylvania, and chillen with the Atlantic Ocean. It's capitol is Dover, and it is deemed the "First State" considering it was the first state to ratify the constitution and the first state to enter the union. Since then (around 1776) It's pretty much done nothing else though.

New Jersey: "Hey Pensylvania watcha been up to"

Pennsylvania: "Ya Know Honing the Amish as thier race slowly dies out, while New York's population slowly leaks into me, what about you"

New Jersey: "I'm having Atlantic City visitors waste away thier money and dreams while containing Princeton and The Jersey Devil, how about you Maryland"

Maryland: "I'm full of Crabs and have a Tumor growing on me that hasen't done anything for a couple hundred years"
