Started by @amrovalanche and the previously fellow known as @oc.drip members decided to stand up for the racial inequality occurring in the meme page community by exposing cowbelly's discrimination and injustice against minor meme page owners, the movement was started on Feb 28th 2021, @amrovalanche stand out to his unfairness and discrimination by the world know message :
"I have a dream"

A phrase that came into popular culture through a Saturday Night Live skit with Will Farrell.
In the skit, Farrell portrayed a member of the 80s rock band Blue Oyster Cult as they recorded their classic hit "Don't Fear the Reaper" in the studio.
Farrell played the cowbell quite forcefully on that track, much to the dismay of the rest of the band.
Yet surprisingly, the studio producer loved Farrell's cowbell playing, and demanded "more cowbell" on the track.

That was brilliant, man, the track needs more cowbell!

Aired on April 8th, 2000.

This is also referenced in World of Warcraft in a quest in Outland, where you escort a ghost cow.
