It is used to describe the fans of a legendary kpop group NCT. They're normally addressed as NCTZENS but due to their predominant nature of clowning other fandoms, clowning themselves and sometimes even clowning the neos (NCT Group members), the term clownzen has become a second skin to the neo champagne pink colored people.
