Brorunner: A truck that has been altered to appear as an off road vehicle such as a fully built prerunner, but usually lacks in performance depending on how much is done to it. There are exceptions though to decently built trucks, especially Ford Rangers, where they can still mob the desert and be used for daily drivers that get the girls to want to have your babies and go off roaring with you. Owners are usually badass mother fuckers with skill behind the wheel.
