An Isaiah Brownhousen is what you call your asshole when you don't want to use words like butt or ass. You would say it like you were refering to a person. It shouldn't be used as an insult because, whether you like it or not, everyone has an Isaiah Brownhousen!
It can also refer to the act of dropping a Count Chocula (if ya know what i'm sayin?)
