Xinelo

A Xinelo (slang for: chinelo) is an alternate word for sandal. Often used in plural to indicate a pair, ie xinelos.

This word is commonly used in Sub-Saharan Portuguese speaking countries, primarily Mozambique.

EX 1: Damn, those are some dirty ass xinelos you got there!

EX 2: Did you jack my xinelos again?! I told you to buy your own!
